The Jewelry Box is made according to old Russian technologies of the 19th century from environmentally friendly materials: Bronze, Lapis Lazuli. The bronze elements of the Jewelry Box are made using the technology of manual casting into a mold.
Colossal manual labor is used for the production of each Jewelry Box. The master needs to repeat as accurately as possible the elements of nature in a static material – bronze. After embossing and processing, the bronze elements of the Jewelry Box are covered with natural 24 kt gold.

The body of the Jewelry Box is made of natural semi-precious stone lapis lazuli.
Items exhibited in the Hermitage were made using the technique of Russian mosaic. All models of Jewelry Boxes are repairable, they can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled if necessary, giving them their original appearance.
