Clock baroque 2 lapis lazuli, gilding
The mantel clock is made using the technique of Russian mosaic according to the technology of the 19th century. Casting from bronze is subjected to additional hand-chasing by master craftsmen; natural lapis lazuli stone is used in the product.
After processing the bronze, the bronze is covered with natural gold.
Each stone has its own structure, the pattern of the stone is selected by the master in such a way that the lines of the pattern smoothly merge into one another, creating the effect of a single stone. Each clock made is unique and may differ from the photographs presented on the site.
The stone-cutting technique of Russian mosaic is considered the pinnacle of the art of creating figured products from natural stone. The items displayed in the Hermitage are made using the Russian mosaic technique.
All clock models are subject to repair, they can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled if necessary, giving them their original appearance. The clock uses Hermle mechanical movements.
Table clocks manufactured by the sentiabrev manufactory are unique products in a single copy.
