Aristey clock – Karelian birch
€ 2543
The mechanical mantel clock is made according to old Russian technologies of the 19th century from natural materials: bronze, Karelian birch. Small bronze elements of the clock – decorative ornament, veins, twigs, leaves – are minted by hand.
In the manufacture of clockes, colossal manual labor is used to ensure that these products have the most textured pattern, similar to the natural one. The artist needs to repeat nature in a static material – bronze. After embossing and processing, the bronze elements are covered with a patina.
Collection: Aristeus
Each clock made is individual and may differ from the photos presented on the site.
The clock case is made of natural veneer, a tree unique only in Russia – Karelian birch.
The clock uses Hermle spring mechanisms with a classic rhythm or melody that can be turned off. All clock models are subject to repair, they can be disassembled, cleaned and, if necessary, reassembled, giving them their original appearance.
The harmonious proportions of the clockes and impeccable workmanship give this piece a special sophistication.
